The boots in the box were a different size to the label on the box, and he went as far as emailing me late in a Friday afternoon to update me. Amazing customer service.

Not only did they have my size, but they were €5 cheaper than where I’d initially seen them. This meant that my postage was now sorted for that same price.
They arrived very swiftly, and are a very comfortable shoe.
However, the packaging was paper, and the box was wet when I received it.
Luckily no damage to the boots- I would just make sure I was in to receive the package to check on delivery.
Otherwise - great service all round
