How to get your measurements
Ideally get a friend to measure you taking care that they don't pull the tape measure too tight.
Chest:
Measure across the fullest part of your chest making sure the tape is sitting well under your arms and across your shoulder blades whilst horizontal to the floor.
Sleeve:
Measure around the slimmest part of your natural waistline.
Inside leg:
Measure from top of inside leg at crotch to the floor - better for trousers to be too long than short.
